Design Process

Go to the Order Now page to begin with our professional and affordable interior design services.

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email order confirmation that includes a questionnaire asking questions about the room, project budget, your tastes, style and color preferences, and information explaining how to measure and photograph your room.

The questionnaire should not be time consuming but it is an extremely important part of the design process.  The information that you submit to Interior Design Service Online allows us to get to know you and your home, giving us the critical details needed to provide you with the highest and most personal level of service.  This questionnaire, your measurements, and your photographs replace the typical home visit of interior designers.

The email sent after placing your order will contain specific and easy to follow instructions for measuring your room.   All you will need a blank piece of 8½" x 11" paper, a tape measure and a pen.  We will let you know what to measure and how to do it so that your measurements are accurate and our space layout will work in your room. 

We will also include in information for photographing the room and sending the photos to us.  We will need at least six clear photos of the room and we will tell you what these photos should be.  These photos will be sent to us by mail as we want to see what the room looks like in the “before” state.

In total, submitting this information should take approximately 30 to 45 minutes of time and we will make this part as simple as possible.

Your custom design will be completed in approximately 3 weeks, and from there we will send you via Priority USA Mail your personalized design plan.   Orders to countries outside of the USA and Canada will be electronically transmitted (not sent by mail) in order to expedite the delivery process.
